Production spec Tata Sierra revealed

The production spec Tata Sierra has been unveiled, official launch on November 25, the original Sierra was discontinued back in 2003 and it is finally making a comeback.

- Will be powered by a new 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine that pushes 170 PS and 280 Nm 
- Expected price range - Rs 12-22 lakh

Powertrain
The New Tata Sierra will be using the new flagship 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine with manual and automatic transmission options. The engine will produce 170 PS and 280 Nm of peak torque. A 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine along with a 1.5-litre diesel engine will also be offered with the new Tata Sierra. The diesel unit will be producing 118 PS and 260 Nm of peak torque.

Interiors
The noteworthy mentions inside the cabin includes four-spoke multifunctional steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo at the centre, panoramic sunroof, dual-zone climate control, Level-2 ADAS,  wireless phone charger, electronic parking brake, powered and ventilated front seats, adjustable headrests and 3-point seatbelts, rear sunshades, and three screens on the dashboard (one for the driver and two for infotainment).

Exterior
The Tata Sierra gets a dual-tone colour theme with angular finishes which gives it a butch look. The feature list comprises of integrates the connected LED DRLs and projector LED headlights, vertically placed LED fog lamps, faux skid plate beneath the front bumper,  flush-type door handles, 19-inch alloy wheels, wheel arches with gloss finished body cladding, roof rails, integrated spoiler, a shark-fin antenna,  and a full width LED taillight.

The price announcement is on November 25 and we can expect a price range of Rs 12-22 lakh, upon launch the Tata Sierra will lock horns with the likes of the Tata Curvv, Maruti Suzuki Victoris, Honda Elevate and Volkswagen Taigun to name a few.
