Kawasaki Versys-X300 launched in India at Rs 3.49 lakh
Kawasaki has launched the 2026 Versys-X300 in India at a price of Rs 3.49 lakh(ex-showroom).Â
- The 2026 Kawasaki Versys-X300 is powered by a 296cc liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine producing 40PS and 26.1Nm.Â
- The bike gets long-travel suspension, 19-inch front and 17-inch rear spoke wheels.Â
- It gets a fuel tank capacity of 17L and 180mm ground clearance.Â
The Versys-X300 is powered by a 296cc parallel-twin engine similar to the one in its Ninja 300, mated to a 6-speed gearbox with an assist and slipper clutch offering a maximum power output of 40PS@11,500rpm and 26.0Nm@10,000rpm.Â
Suspension duties are handled by long-travel telescopic front forks and a bottom-link Uni-Trak monoshock at the rear. Braking performance are handled by a 290mm front disc and a 220mm rear disc, both supported by a dual-channel ABS.Â
The bike offers a fuel consumption of 4.1 L/100 km and a tank capacity of 17L. The bike's valve system carries a DOHC with 8 valves. Â
 The seat height of the bike stands at 815mm with a kerb mass of 179kg and 180mm of ground clearance.Â
In terms of dimensions, the Versys-X300 is 2,170 x 860 x 1,390 mm in Length, Width, and Height. The bike's steering angle is set to 40° on both sides.Â
The accessories section of the bike, offers a 12V power socket kit with a protective rubber cap, a relay kit for mounting a DC Power Outlet, an LED auxiliary light set, and an engine guard.Â
Kawasaki Versys will be offered in two colour options, i.e - Candy Lime Green with Metallic Flat Spark Black and Metallic Ocean Blue with Pearl Robotic White.Â
The Kawasaki Versys-X300 will rival the likes of the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, KTM 390 Adventure, KTM 250 Adventure, Royal Enfield Continental GT 650, Kawasaki Ninja 300, and BMW G 310 RR. Â
