In pictures: New Hyundai Exter
Hyundai recently launched the new Exter SUV in India with introductory prices ranging between Rs 6 lakh and Rs 9.32 lakh (both ex-showroom). The Tata Punch rival is available in a choice of seven variants, namely EX, EX (O), S, S (O), SX, SX (O), and SX (O) Connect. In fact, Hyundai also offers Exter CNG with two variants: S and SX, priced at Rs 8.24 lakh and Rs 8.97 lakh (both ex-showroom), respectively. Further, Hyundai offers the SUV is nine distinctive paint schemes, dual-tone shades. There is Cosmic Blue, Ranger Khaki, Fiery Red, Atlas White, Starry Night, and Titan Grey, along with Atlas Black, Ranger Khaki, and Cosmic Blue paired with Abyss Black. The upright front end is dominated by the H-shaped DRLs with an adjoining black strip, Exter lettering, and boxy headlamps.
The front third quarter shows its sharp creases on the front and rear fenders, chucky cladding, roof rails, and dual-tone alloy wheels.
At the back, the Exter gets H-shaped LED taillights similar to the DRLs. Exter lettering, and a black panel trim joining the lights.
On the inside, the Exter features a dark cabin theme.
There is an electric sunroof and a combination of leatherette and fabric upholstery.
