Hyundai Aura S AMT variant launched for Rs 8.07 lakh
The Hyundai Aura S AMT variant has been launched for Rs 8.07 lakh(ex-showoroom) and through this
new variant the company is trying to make the AMT technology accessible to a wider customer base.
The Hyundai Aura continues to be powered by the 1.2-litre Kappa petrol engine that pushes 83 PS at 6000 rpm and 113.8 Nm of peak torque at 4000 rpm. This engine gets an option of manual transmission along with the AMT. The braking duties are done by a disc setup at the front and a drum unit at the rear. And it has a fuel tank capacity of 37-litres.
The feature list includes Electronic stability control (ESC), Hill start assist control (HAC), LED daytime running lamps (DRLs), six airbags, a tyre pressure monitoring system, and outside rear view mirror with electric folding and turn indicators to name a few.
The Hyundai Aura rivals the likes of the Maruti Suzuki Dzire, Honda Amaze and Tata Tigor to name a few. The new Aura S AMT variant is Rs 70,000 dearer than the S manual variant and Rs 87,000 cheaper than the top model.
