Honda will introduce new 'H' logo in 2027

Honda Motor Co., Ltd. has announced that it will adopt a new H mark with refreshed design as the new symbol representing Honda automobile business.

- The new logo will be introduced first on the 0 Series EVs
- The new logo will be used by brand's dealerships, events, and other campaigns

The new 'H' logo was designed in tandem with the development of the 0 Series models. And they were introduced in the market sporting the brand new logo back in 2024. The outgoing logo is a basic 'H' within an enclosure and that has been tweaked a little, the enclosure is now gone and the 'H' is a more curvy and flowing. An official release by the brand reads, "The new design expression, like two outstretched hands, represents the commitment of Honda to augment the possibilities of mobility and sincerely serve the needs of the customers of Honda automobile business."

The new H mark will make its debut to the next-generation of EVs and  hybrid-electric (HEV) models starting with the models to be introduced to the market in 2027 and after.

The brand will use the new H mark to represent Honda automobile business as a whole, including automobile products along with dealership locations, communication initiatives and automobile motorsports activities.

 The new logo also represents the era of transition and transformation for the company which is a part of the electrification journey. We can expect the 0 Alpha from 0 Series to make it to the Indian shore by early 2027, and in the year 2026, the existing models like Honda City, Elevate, and Exter are likely to see some updates.
