Hero Vida VX2 Go launched with bigger 3.4 kWh battery pack

The Hero Vida VX2 Go launched with the 3.4 kWh bigger battery pack for Rs 1.02 lakh and it has a claimed range of 100 km on a single charge.

The Hero Vida VX2 Go features a dual removable battery system unlike the smaller 2.2 kWh single battery layout. The company claims a real-world range of 100 km on a full charge, on the other hand, the smaller battery pack offers a claimed range of 64 km. The battery powers a motor that pushes 26 Nm and 8.2 PS of power. Interested customers can also opt for the Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) subscription model which reduces the up front cost of the electric scooter by Rs 60,000 and rest of the fees depends on the usage of the electric scooter.

The suspension duties are done by conventional telescopic forks up front and a dual shock absorber setup at the rear. And the braking is done by a single rotor up front and a drum setup at the rear with CBS(Combined-Braking-System).

The bike offers two ride modes - Eco and Ride, and it claims a top speed of 70 kmph. It also gets a 4.3-inch LCD display, a gradeability of 15-degrees, 33-litres bootspace, over-the-air updates, remote immobilistaion, theft and tow alert, live tracking, share live location, geofencing, accident alert, tutn-by-turn navigation, music control, call control, SMS and call alert, all LED lighting, and a 6.0-litre front storage to name a few.

The Hero Vida VX2 Go locks horns with likes of the Bajaj Chetak, TVS iCube, Ola S1X and Ather Rizta S to name a few. It is available in seven colour options
