Bosch Limited appoints Guenter Weber as new head for automotive aftermarkets business in India
Bosch Limited has announced the appointment of Guenter Weber as the regional president for the automotive aftermarket arm of its business, effective from November 1, 2013. Weber was previously vice president, automotive aftermarket division, Germany. He will now be responsible for the regional operations of the division in India.

The Indian Auto sector is undergoing a challenging phase where new trends are emerging. With the recent slowdown in the auto sector, there is increasing focus on the aftermarket segment and I am confident that Mr. Weber will take the business to newer heights," said Steffen Berns, MD & president, Bosch.
Weber has been associated with Bosch since 1990 with experience in areas like marketing, sales, engineering and manufacturing of core automotive technology business. He has also been associated with world markets like Germany, the USA, Latin America and Asia-Pacific region. Weber takes over this post from S. Murlidharan who moved out of the organisation in July 2013.
