2026 Kawasaki KLX 230 launched at Rs 1.84 lakh
The 2026 Kawasaki KLX 230 has been launched for Rs 1.84 lakh, it is available in two colour options and continues to use the same 233 cc single-pot unit.

The bike continues to be powered by the same 233 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine engine that pushes 19 PS and 19 Nm of peak torque. The engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox and is nestled in a high-tensile steel perimeter frame. Suspension duties are done by a 37 mm telescopic fork up front and a Uni-Trak unit at the rear, the front end has a travel of 220 mm and the rear end gets 223 mm of travel.
Braking duties are done by a 290 mm rotor up front and a 230 mm rotor at the rear with single-channel ABS that can be switched off at the press of a button. The bike rides on a 21-inch spoke wheel up front and 18-inch at the rear, it has a wheelbase of 1,370 mm, a ground clearance of 255 mm, a fuel tank capacity of 7.5-litres and it tips the scales at 139 kg.
The bike has a seat height of 880 mm, features KX-inspired ergonomics and gets a silencer with an oval cross-section, slim tank and sleek body to enhanced agility. The Kawasaki KLX 230 locks horns with the likes of the Hero Xpulse 210 which retails at Rs 1.62 lakh, ex-showroom. It is offered in two colour options - Lime Green and Battle Gray, some changes to the decals are there, but the rest of the bike remains the same.
