2016 Los Angeles Auto Show: New Mazda CX-5 image gallery

Mazda has updated its popular SUV, the CX-5, that is being showcased at the 2016 Los Angeles Motor Show. The exterior design has been tweaked and sports more aggressive lines than the previous model. The interiors too have gone through a revision that makes it more upmarket and premium. There are one diesel and two petrol engine options that will be offered in the new Mazda CX-5.

Mazda has not still disclosed the performance and efficiency numbers of the new engine options. The premium versions of the CX-5 will come equipped with Mazda Radar Cruise Control (MRCC) that automatically controls vehicle speed with respect to the speed and distance to the car ahead of it. Deliveries will begin in February 2017 in Japan followed by its launch in the international markets. The 2017 Mazda CX-5 will rival the likes of the Honda CR-V, Audi Q3 and BMW X1.
