Bajaj has launched the new Avenger DTS-i with the 220cc engine from the Pulsar 220. Among the new features are the 19PS, 17.5Nm engine and the maintenance-free battery that has an interesting battery charge level indicator on the tank. Another very useful change is the switch to a DC electrical system, which in conjunction with the 60/55W headlamp bulb will offer lighting superior to most Indian motorcycles.
