1) Condition : new
2) has AC
3) Budget of max 3.5Lacs
4) carrying capacity 4-5 people
5) Mileage of 15KM within city
6) negligible maintainance costs required post purchase

Maruti 800. One of the most fantastic cars ever built! I doubt any other car can give a 15+ mileage inside city with the AC.
