All the way i seen the euro 4 norms are coming!!! but is the our service technician, our dealers/workshops are able to service euro 4 norms vehicles. because till date @ 3,85,78,000 people are un-educated or not from auto-mobile side at our dealers/workshops.
(A)There are special tool person who not known that which tool are in there rooms and for what purpose is going to be used?? the service advisors IQ should check, because they are giving a time nearly 8 hrs for 1st,2nd,3rd service or paid service(vehicle in @ 9.00am they giving delivery time @05.30pm) BEACUSE AFTER 8 HRS PERSON/OWNER GOING TO COLLECT THERE VEHICLE FIRST Q- SIR, AAPKI GADI KA NO. KYA HAI?,2ND Q - SIR, AAPKI GADI AAPNE SAVERE KISSE SERVICE KO DI HUI THI? THEY ARE REALLY HEDE!!!
(B)There is noe cleanness in workshop(please look JDP person in that)- fender covers magnet not prsent due to that they using any thing to fix the fender cover, seat covers, strg covers & even technician dress are also very dirty( last year hi laundry ko dekha ho condition).
(C) Technician does not now even floor supervisor not knowing the exact torque of suspension, engine mountings, etc.(all work-shop maueal /service manueal are just for....)
THE ABOVE THING I SEEN IN NEARLY ALL DEALERSHIPS.

IS THERE ANY RULE IN EURO 4 FOR THE DEALERSHIPS??????

You are very, very angry. Please put your feet up and relax. The world is not going to change so easily.

@Sadsack

Guess you missed seeing that our Sameer's last name appears to be Danger and middle name an underscore. His middle name should have been exchanged with his last.Explains why he is pissed off.

Loves,

Evo

Dear Friend,
i am from service back-ground( working as service eng in MNC). i know that world never change fast.
but even i seen at many OEM"S dealerships Manager person even not taking a stand like there staff is really proactive or not.
like recently i visited one TATA workshop(i am not mentioning name of the dealer because i am not bleming on any one) - I just ask a few technical questions to service advisor & the floor supervisor
1) in 475 IDI engine, which grade oil is use by your dealership?
Ans - No one Know. First 475 IDI engine is coming with which model?(they starting to ask each other )
2) then I ask what is the oil capacity of oil filter in indica xeta?
Ans - not no.
3) In indica DLS oil Filter & Xeta Oil filter is same?
Ans - One person run in there spare part to check.

These are questions are very common for the product and in the company authorised SERVICE ADVISOR should KNOW this, because SERVICE ADVISOR is the first window for the end user from the MFG.I am not againest the our service industry, but because of this type of approach i think majourly our indian MFG are not getting beter JDP position.
